Experience

I've been a practicing Zen Buddhist since 1986 and have taken the Jukai ceremony. I sit weekly with the Mountain Moon Zen Sangha and am a formal student of Roshi Liyea Bretz. Together we are working on koan practice. I am currently training to be a Zen Buddhist priest.

About Me

I've been a paramedic for over 30 years and am a retired senior lecturer in paramedicine. My private counselling practice is informed by Hakomi, Polyvagal theory, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems.
