About Me
Grace is trained in various well-being modalities for spirituality, therapy and supervision services.
She is trauma-informed and specialises in spiritual direction (any faith, interfaith or non-faith affiliated), dance movement therapy, art therapy, trauma release exercises & biology of trauma.
In earlier years, she worked in commercial organisations for more than 20 years, 5 of which were in management. She registered with QSA as a Buddhist Chaplain in 2019.
Trained in Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing Therapy, she also does Buddhist thangka drawing.
She visited the aged as a voluntary Community Visitor for 2 years, and has volunteered dance movement therapy for aged care groups (low/high dementia) & bedridden residents, persons with disabilities and mums-&-bubs at risk.
